How to recover from encoder upgrade failure

When an upgrade fails due to an upgrade fault and the device cannot boot, you can perform recovery upgrade so that the device can boot successfully. After the device starts up, you can then proceed to perform the normal upgrade. 1Perform the recovery upgrade Use the USB RNDIS function to connect devices. Use an USB cable to connect your Pro Convert device and your PC. Enter the IP address 192.168.66.1 in the explorer on your PC to access the recovery upgrade page as shown on the right. Add the upgrade file on the recovery page. Follow the instructions to perform the recovery upgrade. When the recovery succeeds, click Reboot. 2Perform the normal upgrade When the Pro Convert device reboots, perform the normal upgrade on the Web UI. If your USB RNDIS address is not the default one, enter the Ethernet IP address or the actual USB RNDIS address of your Pro Convert device to open the Web UI, go to System > Firmware to perform the normal upgrade. After the upgrade is complete, your device can run properly.

Can Ultra Encode stream to multiple destinations at the same time

Allow simultaneous sessions over the same streaming protocol. Up to 6 sessions of TS over RTP and TS over UDP simultaneously. Up to 6 sessions of SRT Caller and SRT Listener simultaneously, containing one SRT Listener session at most. Up to 6 sessions of RTMP and RTMPS simultaneously. It means that as long as the destination server allows, RTMP/RTMPS video platforms such as Twitch, Facebook, YouTube can be streamed to at the same time with your accounts. Stream only 1 session of HLS, RTSP, or NDI HX (NDI|HX2).

Forgot admin password: Product Operations Ultra Encode HDMI (Rev B) Ultra Encode SDI (Rev B) Ultra Encode HDMI Plus Ultra Encode SDI Plus  Connect the device to your computer using the provided USB cable.  Type the USB NET IP address 192.168.66.1 in your web browser to access the Web UI.  At top right of the "SIGN IN" page, click "Reset all settings" to restore the device. The username will be "Admin", and the password will be "Admin". Be cautious that resetting your device would restore configurations to defaults. Ultra Encode HDMI (Rev A) Ultra Encode SDI (Rev A) Using a paperclip or similar object, press into the hole shown in the figure. Hold the paperclip in place until all indicators but power flash twice, then remove the paper clip. The username will be "Admin", and the password will be "Admin".
