Magewell is committed to responsible global business practices and compliance with applicable trade controls, export regulations, and sanctions requirements.

Accordingly, Magewell does not sell or knowingly supply its products to prohibited or restricted territories, entities, or end users, including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and other territories subject to applicable trade restrictions or sanctions. Our sales and distribution activities are conducted through established channels with their information published on the website: https://www.magewell.com/buy.

Where appropriate, Magewell may conduct due diligence relating to customers, distributors, destinations, end users, and intended end use.

Distribution & Resale Controls

Magewell distributes its products through authorized sales channels, which are subject to appropriate customer, destination, and transaction screening. Magewell does not authorize the use of its distribution network to circumvent applicable sanctions, export controls, or destination restrictions and has discontinued the sales in Russia since late 2022. The authorized distributors and business partners are expected to:

• comply with applicable trade controls, local laws and regulations;
• refrain from selling, transferring, or otherwise making available Magewell products to any restricted person, entity, country, or territory (including but not limited to those listed on the U.S. Commerce Department’s Entity List);
• not use or permit the use of Magewell products in connection with any restricted end use, including but not limited to nuclear energy, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons;
• exercise reasonable due diligence with respect to the qualifications and intended end use of their downstream channels;

End-User & End-Use

Magewell reserves the right to decline or suspend transactions where there are concerns regarding:

• the destination or routing of products;
• the identity or status of the customer or end user;
• the intended end use of the products;
• potential diversion to a restricted destination; or
• compliance with applicable sanctions, export controls, or other trade restrictions.

Compliance & Updates

Applicable regulations and sanctions lists may change over time. Magewell reviews its sales and distribution activities on an ongoing basis to ensure continued compliance.
