1. Enhance device security:
   • Add a restart mechanism after device exceptions to improve device robustness.
   • Add a retry limit for the login API within a given period of time.
   • Strengthen password storage security; during upgrade, automatically migrate existing user passwords to the new encrypted storage.
   • Strengthen security validation for file uploads.
   • Provide a POST mode for all password-related APIs, and switch all web client calls to these APIs to POST mode; the GET mode APIs are still retained.

Note:
1. Because user passwords are now stored more securely, if you upgrade to V1.3 and then downgrade to a version earlier than V1.3, the administrator password will be reset and all other user accounts will be deleted.
2. This version does not support device discovery for NDI HX1. If you need to use this function, please do not use this version.
