All Magewell USB Capture external capture devices (including USB Capture, USB Capture Plus, and USB Capture Pro models) are now fully certified for Zoom Rooms. Please refer to the steps below to use them with Zoom Rooms:

USB Capture device is connected to Zoom Rooms computer via USB and is automatically recognized by Zoom as a content device. After connecting your source to the USB Capture device, you can begin sharing video and audio content.

Magewell USB Capture devices support plug-and-play. Once connected to the computer, they are ready for use without requiring any driver installation. Upon opening the Zoom Room Controller, the Magewell unit should appear in the camera device list. If it is not listed, please refer to Can't find Magewell capture device in Zoom Rooms.

For USB Capture Plus and Pro models with additional analog audio ports, you can configure the audio input using the USB Capture Utility based on your application requirements. For detailed instructions, please refer to Configure Audio Inputs for Zoom Rooms on USB Capture Plus/Pro.

Available USB Capture models vary in supported input interfaces, video resolutions, and feature sets. The configuration and supported functions described in this article may differ depending on your model.
