An incompatibility between our Pro Capture PCIe capture cards and the recently released macOS 14 (Sonoma) causes the cards’ inputs to not be recognized by software applications, even if the card itself is detected by the operating system. 

For Pro Capture Mac ARM, a new driver has been released to support macOS 14.x. Please click to download.

For Pro Capture Mac x86, our engineering team is working hard on a new version of the driver to resolve this issue, and we thank you for your patience.  

In the meantime, as a temporary solution, one possibility is to roll your system back to macOS 13.6 or earlier. Please note that rolling back your system is not recommended by Apple, so doing so would be at your own risk. 

If you still wish to attempt a rollback, these instructions from Apple explain how to create a bootable installer for re-installing macOS. Please DO NOT select macOS Sonoma for creation of the installer.
