Rebooting/Reseting Pro Convert

If the device is not functioning properly, you can reboot or reset the Pro Convert device to attempt troubleshooting.
  1. Log in to the Web UI using an administrator account.
  2. Reboot the device:

    Rebooting the device will not lose any applied configurations. In the Web UI, click the down arrow next to the username , then select Reboot.

    Click Reboot in the pop-up prompt to reboot the device immediately.

  3. Reset the device:

    Note: Resetting the device will erase all configuration data and restore the device to default settings. It is recommended to export the configuration file to back up the current settings.

    1. Connect the device to the computer using a USB cable.
    2. Open a web browser and enter the USB NET IP address to access the Web UI Login page.

      The default address is 192.168.66.1. It is recommended not to change this address unless there is an IP conflict in the network.

    3. Click Reset all settings in the upper right corner of the Login page.

      Click Yes in the pop-up prompt. The reset process may take a few minutes.

Reboot and Reset Device

If the device is not operating correctly, you can reboot or reset it to restore normal operation.
  1. Log in to the Web UI using an administrator account.
  2. Reboot

    Rebooting the device does not delete any configuration settings. Click the drop-down arrow next to the username in the upper-right corner, then select Reboot.

    In the confirmation dialog, click Rebootice.

  3. Reset

    Resetting the device restores all settings to factory defaults. It is recommended to export the configuration file before performing a reset.

    1. Connect the device to a computer using a USB cable.
    2. Open a web browser and enter the USB NET IP address to access the Web UI.

      The default address is 192.168.66.1. Do not change this address unless an IP conflict occurs.

    3. On the Web UI login page, click Reset all settings in the upper-right corner.
    4. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes.

      The reset process may take several minutes.
