Change Password

Pro Convert supports two ways to set the password: after logging in, click the drop-down menu after the user name in the upper right corner; or modified by the administrator in the System Settings tab.
Method 1: Change Password for Current Login Account
  1. Log in to the Web UI using your username and password.
  2. Click the down arrow icon next to the username in the upper right corner, and select Change Password.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter the old password, new password, and confirm the new password.

    Passwords are case-sensitive and can be 1-32 characters long, including A-Z, a-z, 0-9, and special symbols _~!@#$%^&*-+=.

  4. Click OK.

Method 2: Administrator Changes Password for a Specified User

  1. Open the Web UI and log in with an administrator account. After successful login, you can change the passwords of all users.
  2. Click the System tab.
  3. Move the cursor to the user whose password needs to be changed, and click Set Password.
  4. In the pop-up window, enter the old password, new password, and confirm the new password.

  5. Click OK.
