Batch Update

Batch update is supported, which greatly shortens the upgrade time and service interruption time. Here takes Pro Convert SDI TX as an example to describe the procedure.
  1. Prepare the firmware file.
    Enter the Cloud Settings > Device Firmware page from the navigation pane with administrator rights.
    Upload the specific file to Cloud platform.
    Skip this step if the file has existed.
    • Click Update and choose a firmware file to store it on Cloud.

  2. Batch update devices which have the same model and hardware version.
    1. Go to Group page. For ungrouped devices, go to All Devices page.
    2. Select target products, click Upgrade. In the pop-up window, click Upgrade.
