Please read the following terms carefully before you use the Ultra Stream App. Once you continue to use the Ultra Stream App, you are deemed to agree with and accept these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the Ultra Stream App.
This policy will help you understand the information principles of Ultra Stream App, including what kind of information is collected and traced, how to use such information and with whom it will be shared.Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or in other ways, which can identify the identity of a natural person or reflect the activities of a particular natural person, either alone or in combination with other information.
Ultra stream application does not actively collect information about mobile devices or other networking devices that you use in conjunction with Ultra Stream.
When you use the app, in order to provide you with the following services, the app may obtain certain permissions from your device. You can refuse to grant these permissions. Once refused, Ultra Stream will not be able to provide you with the related functions.
To perform a YouTube/Facebook/Twitch streaming task,
Ultra Stream needs to be authorized with access to your YouTube/Facebook/Twitch account.
Your nickname, user avatar images and authorization token will be stored encrypted in mobile device where Ultra Stream app is installed after a successful authorization.
And the given authorization will be transferred to file database on Ultra Stream hardware device when you save the streaming session.
The authorization data will help you quickly create a YouTube/Facebook/Twitch live task by using their APIs.
Ultra Stream will follow the policies of
Google/Facebook/Twitch platform to clear saved information within 24 hours if you do any of the following operations,
1. delete YouTube/Facebook/Twitch streaming tasks;
2. revoke account access in Ultra Stream;
3. remove Ultra Stream from trusted apps by Google
or Facebook.
This Privacy Policy applies to use of the YouTube API Services in Magewell's Ultra Stream products to stream video directly to your YouTube account.
Google's privacy policy applies to videos once they are streamed to YouTube. Google's Privacy Policy can be accessed at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
This Privacy Policy applies to use of the Facebook API Services in Magewell's Ultra Stream, USB Fusion and Director Mini products to stream video directly to your Facebook account.
Meta Privacy Policy applies to videos once they are streamed to Facebook. Meta Privacy Policy can be accessed at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to use of the Twitch API Services in Magewell's Ultra Stream products to stream video directly to your Twitch account.
Twitch's privacy policy applies to videos once they are streamed to Twitch. Twitch's Privacy Policy can be accessed at https://www.twitch.tv/p/en/legal/privacy-notice.
Change your authorization: each function requires some basic personal information to perform. You can give or withdraw your authorization at any time. When you cancel your authorization, we will no longer collect and use the corresponding information. At the same time, this application can not provide related functions.
Delete your user data. Any of the following operations will delete all your user data of the corresponding platform from the device.
1. delete YouTube/Facebook/Twitch streaming tasks;
2. clear active login in the corresponding session.

We will provide notice on this application for your approval prior to the change becoming effective if we make substantive modification of this Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with the revised terms, please stop using the application immediately.
